After sales service Hospital Engineering GmbH
Technical bases on various continents ensure the customer service on site. Trained specialists are available to that end. Hospital Engineering ensures the customer service in locations without own service organization in close cooperation with the manufacturers, suppliers, or competent local specialized companies that act as representatives and are fully integrated in the quality management of our company. The customer service includes the installation as well as the maintenance of the supplied systems and devices and the training measures for the personnel.
Introducing staff to new device generations and modern treatment methods is of particular importance in the markets served by Hospital Engineering. Our measures do not just apply to physicians, but also include paramedics and technical personnel, sometimes even administrative specialists.
Experience has shown that training measures for work groups are more successful than those for individuals. Offered repetitions are also advantageous. Training at the customer, in the facility, or at a renowned clinic - this depends on the circumstances of the respective project and is realized in accordance with the particular agreement. Custom-tailored programs may be created because of the traditionally close relationships with renowned institutions, in particularly in Southern Germany, and the German Society for Tropical Surgery as well as other expert panels. Project experiences from the cooperation with SES (Seminar Expert Service), CIM (Centre for International Migration), GTZ, and PPP (Public Private Partnership) in the context of the German development cooperation are provided to the benefit of the customers.
